Bronx Assistant DA Says Her Sexual Assault, Rape Ignored by City

The City of New York turned a blind eye to a police officer’s workplace sexual assault of a Bronx female assistant district attorney, as well as the ADA’s later off-hours rape by another colleague after a party among co-workers, a federal lawsuit in Manhattan charges.

The attorney, identified only as Jane Doe, says the sexual assault occurred Nov. 15, 2016, while she and the officer were in her work cubicle discussing a case she was prosecuting.
