A company that provides physical and occupational therapists to hospitals and nursing homes won relief from a federal appeals court Dec. 14 from damages assessed for its alleged violation of the H-1B highly skilled guestworker program (Greater Mo. Med. Pro-Care Providers, Inc. v. Perez, 2015 BL 408267, 8th Cir., 14-3717, 12/14/15).
