‘Breastaurant’ Chain Settles Workers’ Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

A group of Twin Peaks restaurants and their corporate parent resolved a lawsuit by female servers and other employees alleging they were subjected to sexual harassment at the self-described “breastaurant” chain, federal court records in Illinois show.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois dismissed the August 2020 lawsuit Monday, according to a docket entry.

That came after Front Burner Restaurants LP, the Twin Peaks companies, and the workers notified the court that they “entered into a settlement agreement resolving” the case and asking Judge Jorge L. Alonso to dismiss the lawsuit.
