Brazil Hires Law Firm to Defend it Against US Tariffs

Brazil’s attorney general’s office hired Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP to defend the Latin American country against the tariffs imposed by the United States, it said in a statement.

• Scope of the contract also includes acting against punitive measures against Brazil, its companies, and public officials, such as tariffs, visa denials, asset freezes, and financial restrictions, the statement said
