Braddock Hospital: Implications for Health Care Providers and Beyond

Three Pennsylvania hospitals recently learned that all government subcontractors, whether put on notice or not, are subject to Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs rules and regulations. The news came in a March 30 ruling from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, UPMC Braddock Hospital v. Harris, 12013 BL 88799 (D.D.C.
