A Kentucky distillery must bargain with a union that lost a representation election because company representatives handed out wage increases and $30 dollar bottles of bourbon to workers before they voted, the National Labor Relations Board ruled.
Woodford Reserve Distillery has to recognize and negotiate with an International Brotherhood of Teamsters affiliate under the NLRB’s 2023 decision in Cemex Construction Materials LLC, the board said in its Monday ruling.
