A group of 21 current and former female casino cocktail servers described in a recruiting brochure as “part fashion model, part beverage server, part charming host and hostess” can’t proceed on their claim that the casino’s personal appearance standards were facially discriminatory and disparately enforced, but they can try again on their sexual harassment claims, a New Jersey appeals court ruled Sept. 17 (Schiavo v.
