Bombardier, Learjet Workers Certified as Class in Age Bias Suit

Bombardier Inc. and subsidiary Learjet Inc. must face as a class action allegations that they systematically pushed out aerospace engineers and other workers over the age of 40 and replaced them with workers in their 20s and 30s, a Kansas federal judge ruled.

The 2019 lawsuit filed by Mark Wood and Dennis Parr also asserts that many of the older workers were required to train the younger workers who then replaced them.
