Bojangles Faces EEOC Lawsuit for Sexual Harassment, Retaliation

Bojangles’ Restaurants Inc. allegedly violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by subjecting a female employee to a sexually hostile work environment in a Greensboro, N.C., location and then retaliated against her after she complained, according to the EEOC Wednesday.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charged that a female team member at a Bojangles fast food restaurant was sexually harassed from March to June 2020 by the general manager of her location.
