Bojangles’ Restaurants Inc. allegedly violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by subjecting a female employee to a sexually hostile work environment in a Greensboro, N.C., location and then retaliated against her after she complained, according to the EEOC Wednesday.
