BofI Federal Bank and a former auditor who says he was fired in retaliation for disclosing the bank’s alleged misconduct will go to trial on several claims brought by both parties, a California federal court ruled.
There are genuine issues of material fact regarding Charles Erhart’s allegations of retaliation and wrongful termination, Judge Cynthia Bashant of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California said Tuesday.
