Boeing Employee’s Alleged Drug Test Tampering Justified Firing

The Boeing Company doesn’t have to face trial on a machinist’s claim that his discharge for failing to complete a drug screening violated disability discrimination law, a federal judge ruled.

Michael Kelly was sent for the test under a Last Chance Agreement he had signed following a failed test 20 months earlier, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon said Aug. 16.
