Bob’s Furniture Exits Delivery Driver Wage Lawsuit Against RXO

Bob’s Discount Furniture LLC is free of overtime claims because the delivery drivers who sued didn’t work for the retailer, but their allegations against a last-mile company are headed to trial.

No reasonable jury could conclude that the furniture seller was the workers’ joint employer, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey said, granting summary judgment in favor of Bob’s.
