BNSF Class Job Bias Suit Calls Out ‘Restricted’ Medications List

BNSF Railway Co. is accused of illegally disqualifying from employment workers who use certain “restricted” medications without conducting the individualized inquiry required by disability bias laws, a new lawsuit in Texas alleges.

Gary Armitage says the company adopted the unlawful policy in January 2018.
