Blue States Unite With Trump on Oracle Pay Discrimination Case

Oracle Corp. has pulled off the rare feat of uniting the Trump administration and a bunch of Democratic-leaning states by challenging the federal government’s authority to police workplace discrimination.

The attorneys general of California and the District of Columbia, both Democrats, announced Monday that they’re leading a coalition to defend the U.S. Labor Department against Oracle’s November lawsuit calling the agency’s enforcement process unconstitutional.
