‘Blue Bloods’ Worker Sues ViacomCBS Claiming Race, Sex Bias (1)

ViacomCBS Inc., a subsidiary, and Entertainment Partners LLC are accused in a new lawsuit in Manhattan federal court of subjecting a black female set costumer on the long-running TV show “Blue Bloods” to discrimination based on her race, sex, and national origin.

Trenena Patterson, whose job it was to assist the costume designer, alleges Michael Woll began making racially derogatory and sexist remarks to her after he was promoted from head supervisor to costume designer for the show in July 2018.
