BlackRock Bias Suit by Black Female Worker Voluntarily Dismissed

A Black female employee of BlackRock Inc. who alleged she was “forced out” after she complained of discrimination, and that she was denied job advancement, voluntarily dismissed her suit from the Southern District of New York.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the claims on the motion of the parties June 16. Counsel didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
