Black Diamond Capital Management LLC has settled the case of a man who allegeddisability bias led the company to rescind an employment offer he had accepted after he disclosed his prior arrest and opiate addiction, a federal court said.
The plaintiff, who sued anonymously as John Doe, alleged in his complaint that his job offer to join Black Diamond as an associate had been confirmed on July 27, 2021.
