BioPoint Gets $2.5 Million Legal Fee Award in Trade Secrets Win

Life sciences consulting firm BioPoint Inc. was awarded $2.5 million in attorneys’ fees in the trade secrets lawsuit against competitor Catapult Staffing LLC it won in April.

Judge Richard G. Stearns previously said the hours and rates billed by Foley Hoag LLP were “well within the range of reason” given the complex claims in the case that went on for over three years, and issued an amended judgment Tuesday.
