Big Business, Unions Weigh in on Employee Email Use Rule

The largest companies and unions in the country weighed in over the weekend in a dispute over whether employees can use work email to organize and get support for unions.

The issue is one battle in an ongoing fight as the Trump administration’s National Labor Relations Board realigns workers’ rights in a way advocacy groups say will make it easier for companies to avoid a unionized workforce. It also revives ethics questions related to NLRB members’ previous work for large, management-side law firms.
