Biden’s Firing of Trump NLRB Lawyers Spurs GOP Questions (1)

A group of House Republicans asked the Biden administration to hand over documents related to the firing of the Trump-appointed general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, and his immediate replacement, shortly after the transfer of power.

The Republicans, including two ranking members of House committees, requested the White House and Biden transition team to produce documents related to the Inauguration Day firing of Peter Robb, who took office in November 2017 and still had about 10 months left in his term, and his deputy, Alice Stock, who briefly succeeded him before she was sacked the next day.
