The Greensboro News & Record and its corporate parents including Berkshire Hathaway are accused in a new class lawsuit of paying female advertising sales employees less than their male co-workers.
The newspaper, BH Media Group Inc., and Berkshire Hathaway Inc. also failed to address sexual harassment by a male employee who repeatedly exposed himself to Gayla Price and other women, the Sept. 18 suit filed by Price in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina says.
