Over 160 workers will receive more than $1 million in back wages and damages after the US Labor Department found four garment contractors of Beyond Yoga illegally denied employees overtime pay, according to the agency on Wednesday.
It’s the DOL’s “largest settlement to date for California garment workers,” the agency said.
