Berklee College of Music and a male professor agreed to end his lawsuit alleging that sex discrimination tainted its investigations of student sexual harassment allegations against him.
The professor and the college filed a stipulation with the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Tuesday. The “parties stipulate to the dismissal of this action with prejudice,” the filing said.
