Bergdorf Goodman Worker Says Mental Health Was Mocked

Bergdorf Goodman Inc. failed to end the harassment of worker with mental health impairments at its flagship Manhattan store, a new lawsuit alleges.

The harassment included a lead coordinator repeatedly calling Jane Doe “crazy” after Doe returned from a two-week medical leave for treatment of her depression and bipolar disorder, the complaint, filed Feb. 11 in the U.S. District court for the Southern District of New York, says.

The coordinator persisted with the near-daily harassment, despite Doe’s pleas for her to stop her taunting, Doe says
