BDO Heads to Trial in Age Bias Suit From Fired Managing Director

A case alleging BDO USA Inc. discriminated against a managing director based on his age when the firm fired him after he rejected an offer to work with a cut to his pay and benefits will advance to a trial, a federal judge ruled.

Kevin Anderson brought sufficient indications of discrimination to send the case to a jury, US District Court for the District of Columbia Judge James E. Boasberg said Tuesday in denying BDO’s motion for summary judgment.
