Bank of America Call Center Workers Get Initial OK in Wage Suit

A group of Bank of America call center employees who say they haven’t been paid for all their hours worked have won conditional certification of their Fair Labor Standards Act collective action for overtime wages.

Call center employees for many other companies are pursuing similar litigation, including recently filed suits against the Gannett Co. and Snap-On Business Solutions Inc.
