Baltimore City $15 Minimum Wage Law Passes

The Baltimore City Council passed a bill that would raise the city’s minimum wage in installments, with it reaching $15 an hour for most workers by 2023.

The measure passed March 20 on an 11-3 vote, with one council member absent.
