Axiom Software Must Face Competitor’s Trade Secrets Suit

Axiom Software Laboratories Inc. failed to escape DASH Regulatory Technologies LLC’s lawsuit claiming it used DASH’s trade secrets to poach customers, allegedly resulting in millions of dollars in lost revenue.

DASH’s allegations that former employee Thomas Martin emailed himself information before departing for Axiom, which included customer contracts and pricing data, were sufficient to allege with particularity the trade secrets allegedly misappropriated here, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled Tuesday.
