Automotive Supplier, Staffing Agency Settle Muslim Bias Lawsuit

Brose Jefferson Inc. and EmployBridge LLC have reached a settlement of religious bias claims brought by Muslim production workers, a federal court in Michigan said Wednesday.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan ordered the parties to submit a stipulated order of dismissal with prejudice as to all parties and claims by April 11, and ordered that all motions are held in abeyance, pending dismissal.
