AT&T Workers’ $575,000 Wage Settlement Approved on Second Try

A $575,000 class settlement between AT&T Mobility Services LLC and workers who say they were denied wages and overtime pay received preliminary approval from a California federal judge after the parties agreed to revise the scope of the settlement class.

The revised deal expands the settlement class to include both non-exempt AT&T employees who worked in California since November 2021 and employees who opted out of a separate settlement recently approved by a California state court.
