A Massachusetts worker with asthma whose employer was required by a federal judge to let work from home due to their alleged disability-related heightened risk if they contract Covid-19 has settled their lawsuit, court records show.
Gabriel Peeples sued Clinical Support Options Inc. on Sept. 3 under the Americans with Disabilities Act and a parallel Massachusetts law.
Peeples started working at the company’s Center for Community Resilience after Trauma just eight days before Gov. Charlie Baker (R) declared a state emergency because of the pandemic.
