CAIPA Brooklyn BSO LLC reached a deal to end a former manager’s suit alleging racial discrimination and retaliation.
An order of dismissal was filed Tuesday by Judge Jesse M. Furman of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. The judge said that he was informed all the claims were settled but he gave the parties 60 days to reopen the case if they couldn’t consummate the deal, no details of which were provided.
