Four Arkansas school districts are enjoined from enforcing a law requiring the display of the Ten Commandments in elementary and secondary school classrooms and libraries, a federal judge ruled.
The law “is unconstitutional under any legal test,” said Judge Timothy L. Brooks of the US District Court for the Western District of Arkansas Monday. Brooks granted the plaintiff-parents’ request for a preliminary injunction.
