Carolyn Austin rejoined ArentFox Schiff as a partner in its real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Austin’s practice focuses on advising lenders and borrowers in complex real estate financing transactions, providing guidance from origination and purchase through disposition and restructuring. Her work involves matters pertaining to senior and mezzanine real estate and corporate loans, as well as preferred equity investments and loan participation interests, the firm said.
She previously was a partner at ArentFox before leaving for Greenspoon Marder in 2018.
