A divided Labor Department Administrative Review Board July 22 agreed to reconsider a split en banc ruling dismissing for lack of jurisdiction an Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs complaint against a Florida hospital that provides medical services for a federal contractor that administers a network for TRICARE, the Defense Department’s health care program for active and retired military members (OFCCP v. Fla. Hosp. of Orlando).
