Apple Hit With Sixth Labor Board Complaint Alleging Violations

Apple Inc. faces new federal labor board allegations that it illegally required employees to comply with an overly broad confidentiality policy, interfered with pay equity discussions, and forced a worker to quit.

The National Labor Relations Board’s regional director in Oakland issued a complaint lodging unfair labor practice charges against the Cupertino, Calif.-based technology behemoth, the agency announced Friday.
