A federal appeals court suspended the reinstatement of Susan Grundmann, the former Democratic chair of the Federal Labor Relations Authority who was fired by President Donald Trump.
The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued an administrative stay Wednesday, freezing a lower court order in March that reversed Grundmann’s termination. The court said it would review a broader request by the Trump administration to keep Grundmann off the panel while the case moves forward on appeal.
The per curiam order was issued by Judges Gregory Katsas, Neomi Rao, and Justin Walker, all Trump appointees.
