Analysis Group to Pay $410,000 to Settle Hiring, Pay Bias Claims

Analysis Group, one of the largest litigation-support companies in the U.S., will pay $410,000 to resolve Labor Department claims it discriminated against Asian applicants in hiring and Hispanic workers in pay.

The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs investigated Analysis Group’s actions from January 2012 through August 2013 and determined the company underpaid ten Hispanic workers in the 2013 bonus cycle and discriminated against 417 Asian candidates for analyst roles, a DOL statement said.
