Analogic Cleared in Gender Pay Bias Case Brought by DOL (2)

Analogic Corp. didn’t discriminate against female employees by paying them less than male co-workers, a Labor Department administrative law judge ruled March 22.

Statistical evidence used by the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs was inadequate to prove pay discrimination by the medical imaging and security technology company based in the Boston area, Judge Colleen Geraghty found.

The lawsuit came from allegations stemming from a random audit conducted by the OFCCP—something the agency does on a routine basis.
