AmEx Forced White Employees Out to Hire Black Staff, Suit Says

American Express Co. gave executives carte blanche to employ more Black staff after George Floyd’s murder, which resulted in hundreds of White employees being terminated or forced to leave, a potential class action alleges in federal court.
