American Airlines Beats White Christian Worker’s Harassment Suit

An American Airlines Inc. flight attendant lacks evidence she faced harassment because she’s White and Christian following her attendance at the Jan. 6 election-results protest and social media political commentary, a Florida federal judge ruled.

The airline scored summary judgment on Alaina Trocano’s disparate treatment race discrimination claim.
