Amazon Wins Dismissal of N.Y. Suit Over Workplace Conditions (1)

State appeals court in Manhattan on Tuesday reversed the decision of a lower court, which denied Amazon’s motion to dismiss a suit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James in February 2021.

• James accused Amazon of failing to comply with workplace rules during the Covid-19 pandemic and retaliation against warehouse workers who raised concerns
