Amazon Faces Delivery Drivers’ Wage & Hour Class Action

A group of former Amazon Prime Now delivery drivers in California filed a wage and hour law class action Oct. 27 claiming that the recently launched instant delivery service uses courier-service drivers who are misclassified as independent contractors (Truong v. Amazon.com, Inc., Cal. Super. Ct., BC598993, complaint filed 10/27/15).
