Amazon.com Inc. committed “numerous and pervasive” unfair labor practices at a Staten Island facility in the lead up to a union’s election defeat in 2022, a National Labor Relations Board judge ruled.

The online retail giant repeatedly violated federal labor law during the period between the Amazon Labor Union’s landmark victory at the fulfillment center known as JFK8 and the union’s loss a month later at the sorting center called LDJ5, Administrative Law Judge Lauren Esposito held Friday.
