Amazon Beats Black Supervisor’s Race Bias Suit Over Covid Safety

A Black former Amazon.com Services LLC management associate failed to link his termination to his race or to his complaints of racial bias in the company’s Covid-19 safety protocols, and he lacks standing to represent other minority workers on his proposed class claims, a federal judge in Brooklyn ruled.
