Allied Universal Denied Injunction in Nonsolicitation Lawsuit

Universal Services of America LP was unable to convince a federal court to enforce a nonsolicitation agreement against a former business development manager of Allied Universal Janitorial Services.

Universal failed to show it’s entitled to an injunction enforcing the agreement because the agreement Daniel Mazzon allegedly signed prohibits him from soliciting business for products and services of Universal Protection Service LP which he was never employed or terminated by, the US District Court for the District of Arizona ruled Monday.
