Albertsons, Female Manager Agree to End Sex Retaliation Suit

Albertsons LLC and a female district manager have appeared to resolve her suit, about a year after a federal jury in Washington state found the grocery chain fired the 35-year employee in retaliation for complaining about sex bias by a new vice president and another male VP, court records show.

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington jury found March 9 that Kimberly Johnson failed to establish her gender discrimination claims.
