A male manager at the Prattville, Ala., restaurant allegedly harassed the employee daily through unwanted sexual advances, sexual comments, and sexually offensive conduct, according to the agency.
The EEOC said Chipotle failed to investigate the complaints or take any steps to stop it.
The EEOC is seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief against the company to prevent future conduct.
