Air Canada’s Flight Attendants Plan to Strike From Saturday (2)

Air Canada’s more than 10,500 flight attendants said they’ll strike beginning Saturday if a deal isn’t reached. The airline said it’s gradually suspending flights as a result.

Flight attendants served a 72-hour strike notice early Wednesday after failing to reach a deal, their union said in a statement. Members voted 99.7% in favor of a strike mandate, it added.
