Agencies Told to Undo Actions From Trump Labor Orders (1)

U.S. government agencies are being reminded that they need to comply with an executive order from President Joe Biden revoking Trump-era orders that restricted collective bargaining, weakened federal employee unions, and made it easier to fire federal workers.

Agencies, among other things, should lift restrictions on the amount of time federal employees who are also union officials can spend on representational activities, according to a memorandum issued Friday by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
